Uday Inamdar, CEO

Over 27 years in delivery, sales and marketing Uday has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of software industry namely delivery, support, customer relationship management, pre-sales and setting up of independent business units. He has extensively worked with customers from various geographies such as USA, UK, Australia and India.

In his prior engagement he was responsible for setting up a remote infrastructure management center in Pune, India for one of the Japanese Banks. The centre which started with 5 seats eventually grew to 100+ seats within a span of one year. Subsequently he was also responsible for setting up local support centre in Mumbai, India for giving product support to various banks and financial institutions. He has also worked extensively in marketing and sales and was instrumental in procuring business from India, USA and UK.
Jeshtal Sheth, Head-BPO

With over 20 years of experience in Business Process Management and Consulting, Jeshtal has worked for various industries such as ITES, IT, Legal, Real Estate, Construction & Manufacturing. Heading a team of the 500+ people in Business Process Management( KPO, ITES) division, he believes that a strong and innovative team is the backbone of any success. He has been the key in driving process improvement and automation initiatives to bring improvements in quality and productivity delivering value to the customers.

While on consulting assignments, Jeshtal has held roles like Director – Operation Analysis, Planning and has worked on complex, multiyear consulting & business process migration projects for clients while in the US. Outside of work, Jeshtal loves playing tennis. He also occasionally likes meditating and going on mountain hikes. Jeshtal has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Science specializing in Physics and Acoustics and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified

Deb Sen, UK – B.D.

Brought up and educated in the U.K., Deb worked for British Telecom for 7 years, before running his own business development consultancies for over 30 years. He has a first degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from London Business School. These have given him a strong analytical approach to solving client problems, as well as a keen understanding of business strategy.

“If the Strategy is clear and focused, the tactics will deliver exceptional results”. That has been Deb’s motto throughout his working life, and has helped clients achieve exceptional sales results (both directly and through strategic partnerships), as well as avoid very expensive mistakes.

Deb relaxes by watching cricket and football, and he loves travelling to new places.
